Geography Identification Practice
I know that many of you are pretty good at finding your way around the United States. Let's see if you are as knowledgeable about the location of states as you think... do the following activities in the order listed....ENJOY :)
Activity #1 - U. S. States Level 1
1. Follow the link to Sheppard Software Geography games.
2. On the left hand side on the menu bar click U S States level 1.
3. If you finish level one with a 45 or better then continue to level 2.
4. If not, play again your goal is to get at least 45 out of 50. Don't be discouraged if it takes you a few times...
it is harder than it seems.
5. When you have tried all 50 states the bar above the map will give you the option to check your score...please, check your score....DO NOT PRINT your score.

Activity # 2 - levels 2-4 of U S States
The CHAMPION!!!
1. Once you have mastered Level 1 proceed to Level 2. (If you already closed the window, just go back to the *LINK* and select level 2.) There will be a choice of playing again, or leveling up after each attempt.
2. You must, again, score at least 45/50 to move to the next level.
3. Each level will get progressively more difficult.
4. If you don't master the previous level it will be very difficult to have success in the succeeding
levels.
5. When you get through levels 1,2,3 AND 4 with a minimum of 45/50 you are ready for the next activity.
Activity # 3 - Champion of States?...Try the Capitals ; )

This page will start you on level 1 of identifiying the capitals of the states.
1. Make sure you stay in the column CAPITALS (columns go down, not
across).
2. Start at beginner...you may work your way through intermediate, expert, and cartographer.
